Refund Policy

At Bright Elevation Solutions, we are committed to delivering high-quality, professional accounting and financial services. Due to the nature of our work, which involves time, expertise, and often irreversible preparation of financial documents refunds are limited and issued only under specific conditions outlined below.

 

1. General Policy

 

All payments for services rendered by Bright Elevation Solutions are final and non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in a written agreement. This includes, but is not limited to:

 

•Bookkeeping services

 

•Payroll processing

 

•Tax preparation and filing

 

•Business consulting or advisory sessions

 

•Financial statement preparation

 

2. Exceptions to Non-Refundable Policy

 

Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

 

•Duplicate Payment: If a client is charged more than once in error, the overpayment will be refunded in full.

 

•Service Not Rendered: If payment was made for a service that was not delivered due to an internal issue on our part, a full or partial refund may be issued.

 

•Cancellation Before Work Begins: If a client cancels a service before any work has started, a refund may be provided, minus any administrative or consultation fees.

 

All refund requests must be submitted in writing within 7 calendar days of the charge or service issue.

 

3. No Refunds for Dissatisfaction After Work Completion

 

Due to the custom and professional nature of accounting work, we do not offer refunds for completed services where the client is simply dissatisfied with the outcome, especially when services were delivered as agreed upon and with reasonable professional standards. We are happy to address concerns or correct clerical errors, but such revisions do not qualify for a refund.

 

4. Chargebacks and Disputes

 

We value open communication. Clients are expected to contact us directly to resolve any service or billing concerns before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in immediate suspension of services and collection action for outstanding balances.

 

5. Modifications to This Policy

 

Bright Elevation Solutions reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will take place upon posting to our website.
